An ode to chocolate—a symphony of texture and indulgent flavour, inspired by my recent learning experience at École Ritz Escoffier Paris.
Three exceptional French chocolates are woven into Vendôme: smooth baked dark chocolate ganache, crisp puffed rice in hazelnut praliné, and silky milk chocolate chantilly. A buttery chocolate pâte sucrée grounds each bite, while a ribbon of vanilla caramel adds a subtle, salty note to balance it all.
Crafted with fair-trade, traceably sourced chocolate, ensuring environmental responsibility and support for farming communities.
