Are your products 100% gluten free?

Yes, they are. We do not use wheat, barley, or rye. We use many different flours instead. Ingredients for each product are listed on the products page. We carefully source ingredients to make sure they are gluten free and safe. Most of the ingredients are labelled and certified gluten free; however, it isn't always possible to get ingredients that are certified. In these cases, we ask for a Certificate of Analysis from the suppliers to make sure gluten contamination is not present.

Where do you bake your products?

We bake all products at a certified commercial kitchen in Winnipeg, using dedicated gluten free tools, bakeware and equipment. At all points of the process, there is no presence of any gluten ingredients or other gluten bakers. All surfaces are washed and sanitized regularly, before and after operation.

Are your products and facility nut-free?

No, we use almond flour, hazelnut and peanut butter in some of our products. Some do not contain nuts but they are made in the kitchen with the presence of nuts.

How do delivery and pickup work?

For special orders, we offer free pickup at our commercial kitchen in Charleswood, Winnipeg or delivery within the city of Winnipeg for $6. Delivery within the city of Winnipeg is free on orders over $80. If you choose pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange pickup time and location.

Do you have a storefront?

No, we do not have a storefront at this moment.
