Are your products 100% gluten free?

Yes, they are. We do not use wheat, barley, or rye. We use a variety of alternative flours instead. Ingredients for each product are available upon request. We carefully source ingredients to make sure they are gluten free and safe. Most of the ingredients are labelled and certified gluten free; however, it isn't always possible to get ingredients that are certified. In these cases, we ask for a Certificate of Analysis from the suppliers to make sure gluten contamination is not present.

Where do you bake your products?

We bake all products at a certified commercial kitchen, using dedicated gluten free tools, bakeware and equipment. At all points of the process, no gluten ingredients or other gluten bakers are present. All surfaces are washed and sanitized regularly, before and after operation.

Are your products and facility nut-free?

No, we use almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and peanuts in some of our products. While some items do not contain nuts, they are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are present.

How do I place an order with you?

We are a small bakery dedicated to crafting high-quality, scratch-made products. We operate on a pre-order basis. We bake on scheduled days and for special occasions/holidays. Our baking schedule and menu are posted on our website and our Instagram page. Our seasonal offerings rotate, and some items are available for a limited time only.
To place an order, visit our website and select your items for pickup or delivery on our baking days. For custom orders, weddings, or special events, please contact us. 

Do you have a storefront?

No, we do not have a storefront at this moment. 

How do delivery and pickup work?

We offer free pickup at our commercial kitchen in Charleswood, Winnipeg. Delivery is available for orders over $35 within certain areas of Winnipeg, with a $10 fee. Delivery is free on orders over $150. Enter your postal code at checkout to check if you're eligible for local delivery.
If you need your order by a specific time, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it.

Is there a minimum order requirement for special orders?

Yes, we require a minimum order of $250 for special orders (exclude delivery). We understand this may seem significant, but most of our items freeze well, allowing for flexibility in your planning.
