Our apple tarte stars a golden crisp shortcrust pastry filled with tangy apple compote, soft almond cream, a touch of tonka bean, and a layer of nutty caramel to compliment it all.
*Tonka bean is the seed of the giant Cumaru tree; the flavour is a mix of cinnamon, vanilla, almond, and cloves.
